Support, subscription and cancellation

Write to support@publicinnovation.eu. During the pilot, support is best-effort and handled by the operator directly.

Your subscription

Plans are billed through Stripe. Invoices, payment method and the billing period are managed from Billing in your workspace.

Cancellation

Cancel from the same Billing page at any time; access continues until the end of the period already paid. Sponsored pilot access runs on a time-limited code and ends when the code does unless you choose a plan.

Security

Report a security issue privately to security@publicinnovation.eu (see security.txt).
